I'm Vicou.
I build websites for businesses with no IT department, no time, and no wish to learn one more piece of software. There is nobody here but me: I answer the phone, I design, I deliver.
Why I do this
I have seen too many shop owners pay for a website they no longer dared to touch. One photo to change meant calling the agency back, waiting, paying. A year later, the site still showed the summer opening hours.
I wanted the opposite: a clean site, built fast, and a client who walks away with the keys in their pocket. That is why I record the videos step by step, in the same interface as yours. A one-off recording made on a site goes stale at the first update: this one, I keep current.
I am starting out. In practice that means I take on few projects at a time, I look after them, and you will never be one more file in a queue. My proof is the templates I show: look at them, and judge the work.
How I work
I answer the phone myself
The number you call is mine. No switchboard, no form that vanishes into nothing, no “I will pass it on to the team”.
I say no when I should
If a website is not going to earn you anything, I tell you on the first call. I would rather lose a quote than your trust.
I write in plain English
Not one word you would have to look up. If I have to explain a technical term to you, that term was not worth using.
I leave you the keys
Your logins, your domain name, your videos. You depend on me only if you want to, never because you have to.
