In short

Your maintenance subscription can be cancelled whenever you want, with no reason to give and no notice period.

The form just below is all it takes: you get an acknowledgement with the end date.

The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.

Your notice

Did you subscribe less than fourteen days ago? That is a withdrawal, not a cancellation, and it gets you refunded.

The first four fields are required. They are the ones the law asks for.

This is where the acknowledgement is sent.
Whatever identifies it: the plan, the date you subscribed, the amount charged. Copy whatever you have at hand.

If nothing appears after you send, your notice went through anyway: the acknowledgement email is what counts, not this page.

When it takes effect

At the end of the period already paid for. A yearly subscription runs to its anniversary date, a monthly one to the end of the current month. Nothing is lost and nothing is refunded pro rata: what you paid for is delivered in full.

What changes, and what does not

Your site stays online and stays yours. Your hosting and your domain name belong to you, and were never paid by me. What stops is the monthly check. Nothing else.
